It is less than 8 kilometers from our park to Jinshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University. Established by Jinshan district and SPC, Jinshan Hospital enjoys rich emergency medical service experience. And Shanghai Armed Police Fire Prevention No.6 Detachment is about 5 kilometers from the center area of Jinshan No.2 Industry Park.

What kind of materials can be available in our park?
Currently, basic materials of enterprises in our park are purchased by themselves from the domestic market or international market, some others are from SPC.

What kind of logistics can be available in your park? What about the storage capacity for dealing with basic materials and chemical products?
Our park has been connected with Shanghai and Zhejiang Province by many high expressways, enterprises can also deliver the basic materials and chemical products through water、road、ocean transportation jetty and railway station. Meanwhile, an oil storage enterprise in our park is under construction.

Where does the hydrogen come from in your park? What is the price?
Hydrogen comes from pipelines with diameter 50 of SPC, and the maxim can be reach 1500 M3/h, which can be delivered into this land by pipeline. Hydrogen is high pur, which can meet the regular demands of enterprises, and price should be negotiated with SPC.

Where does the phenol come from? What about the price? What about the quality?
SPC Gaoqiao Petrochemical has established the phenol plant with producing capacity 24,000tons/y by the end of 2005.

Where does the ethylene oxide come from? What about the price? What about the quantity of ethylene oxide?
Currently, EO/EG equipments are under construction with producing capacity 380,000tons/y by SPC. A large quantity could be delivered by pipelines before negotiating with SPC if the ethylene oxide is needed.

Is cooling water available in your park? If yes, what about the quantity? And price?
Cooling water can be available in our park, and the price is 1.3 yuan/ton.

Is Nitrogen available in our park?
Nitrogen can be available in our park.

What is the price for electricity?
The price is to be in accordance with the uniform electric charge price in Shanghai basic price: RMB0.63 yuan /kwh. And park can supply the electric power which enterprises need, and enterprises should apply for the unlimited electricity to avoid the peak of electric power.

Where does the industrial water and domestic water come from, and what about the quantity?
Both industrial water and domestic water of our park comes from SPC, and price is 1.3 Yuan/ton, and quantity of water can fully meet the demand.

Which waste water treatment system can be available in your park? And what kind of waste water can be treated in your park? Where does the waste water discharge to?
Comprehensive waste water treatment system is adopted in our park. And the industrial waste water in our park is pre-treated by enterprises in our park, once on specification, it will be sent to SPC waster water treatment plant. Our park plans to establish waste water treatment plant with treatment capacity 50,000 tons/day, which can be completed at the end of 2006. Waste water treatment capacity of SPC is 123,000 M3/d，storm water will be discharged into river through storm water pipelines, and domestic waste water will be discharged into the waste water treatment plant. Waste water treatment capacity can be demanded in our park.

How to treat the solid waste? And what kind of solid waste can be treated in your park?
Solid waste can be burned or dumped as per the component/ingredient, and all the solid waste can be treated uniformly through Waste Water Treatment Company.

Dispatch/Delivery Capacity?
It enjoys a convenient transportation system in our park. Expressway A4 and A6 are connected in our park, and it is about 40 kilometers from Hongqiao Airport and 60 kilometers from Pudong International Airport to our park. Transportation by Inland River can be available in our park by negotiation with SPC and the SPC Ocean Transportation Chemical Jetty is also available in our park. There is no limit to ordinary basic chemical materials, but strict regulations have been set to the delivery of extremely poisonous chemical products.

Government Relationship and Local Encouragement Policy
Jinshan Fine Chemical Industry Park is affiliated to Municipal Government of Jinshan District. As to preferential policy, tax preferential policy of foreign-invested enterprises regulated by Chinese government and Shanghai City municipal government, and preferential policy by Jinshan District is available in our park.
